I painted this bird with one wing open, ready to conquer, and the other one closed to give him some balance while he eats.

Today I feel like this bird.

Sometimes we have to take a moment and stop mid-flight. Pause. Rethink. Choose wisely what we feed our minds, our hearts, our energy.
