The Beauty Within

At times in my life, I've questioned my own kindness. I've often seen people mistake gentleness for naivety.

But more and more each day, I realize that to be truly strong and powerful in this life, you can't be naive — but you do need kindness, gentleness, and a caring eye for the people around you. That's what makes you genuinely strong and truly respected.

I've wanted to paint this for a long time... and today it finally happened. It came with an affirmation of how I see life and the people around me. I'm so grateful for the way I choose to see life and its beauty. 💗
